Custom Clicks sounds won´t work

I set custom clicks sounds and they just play a windows backgrund noise, how do i fix it?
Below is :
1. The sound i want it to play (mp3 )
2. What it actualy plays ( mp4 )

So why does this hapening? I want to fix it.

It seems there is something wrong with your PC, which is causing the system background sound to play. Did you receive any error messages on your screen?
