i am trying to record shc with bandicam

hello "super smart technician". today i am trying to record stronghold: crusader's tutorial with Bandicam. but there is a problem. bandicam can't record stronghold crusader properly. what am i supposed to do now? (bdfix.exe is not the solution for this problem)

Did you try to record "Stronghold Crusader HD" on steam with Game Recording Mode?
Do you have the same issue with other games?
Please let us know your Bandicam format settings and your PC specs such as CPU, GPU, OS, and graphics driver version.

when i try to record after i start the game i get an error saying "Failed to start video capture", when i record the game in the main menu, start the game and then stop recording. well... i don't know what to say.
