Recordings lose minutes

I bought the license a year ago. Updated pc drivers and updated Bandicam software. It has always worked well for me but it hasn't worked well for days.

I use it to automatically generate 30 minute events. Every 30 minutes, it automatically stops/plays and re-creates another 30-minute video.

Lately, every 4-6 hours, that new event doesn't do it, but the next one does. Sections of the video are cut, I lose minutes of recording. I don't know what to do.

1. What is your recording mode and recording target?
2. Are you able to record with the H264(CPU) video codec?
3. Do you have the same issue with other recording mode and targets?

I'm recording a video played in Microsoft Edge. I record with H264 CPU Intel Sync mode. I have tried CPU only and it gives me the same error. The error always happens, it is as if the program deleted an event every 3 or 4 hours. If the recording lasts 30 minutes, in 6 hours 12 videos of 30 minutes are made. Well, some of those sections disappear entirely. It's not in the folder. The problem is that this event does not exist.
